Quality Control and Quality Assurance
We understand that Quality Control and Quality Assurance is not an one time event, but an ongoing process , quality can’t just reply on QC and QA staff but should be controlled and assured by good quality management system which can be strictly implemented ! What we apply is ISO13485.
We understand this, also do as this! All of our staff will be trained before they work in the production line, the train including company regulation, production skills and quality awareness; QC inspection including material inspection when material arrived, routing inspection during production and fnished products inspection,before shipment we will do spot check to make sure everything again!.
Warranty
Products have a limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. Warranties vary with each products. Generally fabric of products is 1 year, plastic piece is 2 years and Metal piece is 3 years from the date of purchase on the condition you stock them in right way. For some special products, it will be 6 months, please contact customer service for more information.
